The CDL Lead Driver is able to operate all lines of business and will be responsible for overseeing a group of drivers to ensure that operations are running smoothly. This non-routed driving position is for training purposes, unless otherwise directed and perform other job duties as assigned. Lead driver will actively participate in the company’s progress with the career paths program and help drivers to move up in their careers.

The Diesel Technician Apprentice works alongside a knowledgeable Casella Waste Diesel Technician to learn and further develop skills. The Apprentice provides maintenance, repairs vehicles and equipment, and mainly focuses on preventative maintenance and maintaining the safety of all vehicles and equipment. The Diesel Technician Apprentice will continue in this role until they compete all training requirements.   The starting pay range for this position is $23-$25 per hour.  

The Facilities Maintenance Technician utilizes knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic equipment to install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair machinery or equipment, diagnose issues with machinery components and determine when adjustments or repairs are needed. The incumbent will have an increasing level of responsibility with an increase of experience and expertise.   Hiring Range: $20.00-$35.00 per hour.
