The Truck Mechanic Apprentice works alongside a knowledgeable Casella Waste Truck Mechanic to learn and further develop skills. The Apprentice provides maintenance, repairs vehicles and equipment, and mainly focuses on preventative maintenance and maintaining the safety of all vehicles and equipment. The Truck Mechanic Apprentice will continue in this role until they compete all training requirements.   The starting pay range for this position is $23-$25 per hour.  

The Dispatcher communicates with drivers to assist with problem resolution while on route for residential, commercial, and roll-off services, coordinates the utilization of drivers, trucks, and containers to create capacity, maximize productivity and ensure prompt, courteous and efficient service for all customers.
